At J Mouchet Fine Art LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality artwork and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for original artworks that are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-made or commissioned artwork is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jmouchetfineart.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
  • Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and insure the item for its full value.

4. Artwork Condition:

  • Returned artwork must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, including any accompanying certificates of authenticity.
  • If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

1. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2. Non-refundable Items:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective.
  • Any custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

Damages and Issues

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at
  • support@jmouchetfineart.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different artwork are not offered, as each piece is unique. However, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

International Orders

  • For international orders, please note that we do not cover customs duties or taxes, and these are non-refundable.
  • The return process for international orders follows the same procedure, but shipping costs may vary.
